How does the free trial work?
Every new Microsoft 365 tenant gets a 14-day free trial with full access, no credit card required. The trial is tied to your Entra tenant, so you get a single fair trial per organization.
What happens when my trial ends?
When the trial ends, access pauses until you subscribe. You keep read-only access to any reports generated during the trial, and you can resume monitoring instantly by starting a subscription.
How am I billed?
Cindera Pro is €199 per month per Microsoft 365 tenant, excl. VAT, billed through Stripe, for tenants up to 250 user accounts. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
What if we have more than 250 user accounts?
Then Cindera Enterprise is the right plan, and it is priced on the size of your directory rather than as a flat fee. A larger environment is more to scan, produces more findings and usually comes with a vendor security review, so a single price for every size would be wrong in both directions. Get in touch and tell us roughly how many accounts you have.
How do you count accounts?
The user accounts in your Entra ID tenant, as reported by Microsoft Graph. Cindera records the number on every scan, so it is a figure you can check rather than estimate. It guides which plan fits, and nothing is cut off at 250: if you are near the boundary we will look at the number together.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. There are no long-term contracts on the Pro plan.
