How does the free trial work?
Every new Microsoft 365 tenant gets a 14-day free trial with full access — no credit card required. The trial is tied to your Entra tenant, so you get a single fair trial per organization.
What happens when my trial ends?
When the trial ends, access pauses until you subscribe. You keep read-only access to any reports generated during the trial, and you can resume monitoring instantly by starting a subscription.
How am I billed?
Cindera Pro is €199 per month per Microsoft 365 tenant, billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — there are no long-term contracts on the Pro plan.
